Prolific SEO provides an AI-powered SEO platform that includes keyword tracking, content generation, competitor analysis, internal linking suggestions, and other search engine optimization tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • All plans include a 7-day free trial period
  • After the trial period, you will be billed according to your selected plan
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond the provided API

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prolific SEO and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated through our AI tools is owned by you, the user, subject to our usage policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Prolific SEO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
